All prices are per apartment and per day in €uro, including bed linen, hand- and bath towels, weekly changing of linen.
End cleaning price: 35,- to 70,- €uro (for very dirty apartments extra costs will be charged).

Tourist tax: per day per person €uro 1,10 (children up to the age of 15 years free).

Cancellation conditions: No penalty up to 6 weeks prior to arrival; from 6 - 2 weeks prior to arrival, 40 % of the booking sum will be charge will apply. Within 2 weeks of your scheduled check-in date, you will be billed 40 % of the charge for your stay. A cancellation within the last week prior to arrival or In case of »no show« we will charge 90 % of the arranged booking sum.
